Job Type Full Time Summary of Position The District Sales position is the base level sales person for BFOT. This role will generate and capture information from new sales opportunities for BlackFox Oil Tools(BFOT). It is paramount to maintain good communication with both the Operations team and the customers.  his communication should produce detailed information to BFOT staff on the future completion plans for the customer, their current vendors(if not us), and thru-tubing related data that could benefit us in knowing. The core goals should be to build customer relationships,  maintain those relationships, and gather the most efficient data with respect to competitor initiatives. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Communicate data specific to your three endeavors: customer onboarding, maintaining customers, competition research
  • Continuously network for new customers
  • Maintain consistent communication between operations and customers
  • Deliver weekly reports detailing the content of communications, visits, and happenings
  • Complete all necessary training required for both BFOT and customer location visits
  • Visit BFOT location safety meetings to keep apprised of operations and maintain a modicum of operational knowledge
  • Create new opportunities for BFOT by consistently inquiring about issues customers have with any product line not limited to thru-tubing
  Skills/Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • 4 or more years(s) working in sales preferred
  • 2 or more year(s) working in a thru-tubing sales preferred
  • Skilled at maintaining a positive working relationship with employees
  • Knowledgeable in general safety practices
  • Proficiency with computer software to include but not limited to MS Office products, Telegram, and Google Suite
  • Must have a safe driving record and be willing to submit to and able to pass a pre-employment drug test, MVR check, and criminal background check.

Full Job Description

Job Type Full Time Summary of Position The Downhole Tool (DHT) Shop Technician is responsible for supporting the thru-tubing product line. Utilizing BlackFox Oil Tools (BFOT) tools and services, the DHT Shop Technician will work directly with their respective coordinator and shop supervisorial staff to service all BFOT product line equipment. All duties will be performed in compliance with established industry standards, customer standard operating procedures, and according to BFOT company practices. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide routine maintenance on BFOT tools and supporting equipment to the most current BFOT policies
  • Inspect and maintain equipment, check operating conditions, log necessary repairs, and log completed repairs
  • Perform maintenance jobs as required, including preventative maintenance
  • May assist in mechanical operations as necessary for BFOT equipment
  • Rebuild broken equipment and replace parts in accordance with specified equipment documentation
  • Maintain required and related records as necessary
  • Track and record equipment test results
  • Complete work orders, list materials issued and used, and submit paperwork with appropriate personnel
  • May perform basic inventory and basic preparation of tools and equipment
  • Deliver and pick up equipment from vendors or job sites
  • Pressure wash equipment with a high-pressure washer
  • Paints (or removes paint from) equipment
  • Load and unload freight
  • May assist on well-site locations as needed/required
  • Pressure test equipment and document the results of pressure test or certification
  • Operates heavy equipment including a forklift, overhead crane, and break-out vise
  • Operates powered and standard hand tools (grinding equipment, buffing threads, etc.)
  • Recognizes problems while cleaning and dressing tools and reports them to the supervisor for corrective action.
  • Keeps shop and equipment clean and organized by performing basic housekeeping and maintenance duties.

Job Type Full Time Summary of Position The Downhole Tool (DHT) Specialist is responsible for performing all aspects of thru-tubing operations during new well construction, workovers in previously completed wells, and interventions during the other two phases. Utilizing BFOT tools and services, the DHT supervisor will work directly with their respective coordinator and the onsite customer representative to provide solutions and direction during wellbore completion or remediation operations. All duties will be performed in compliance with established industry standards, customer standard operating procedures, and according to BFOT company practices. Roles and Responsibilities
  • Conduct safety meetings with all onsite personnel at the beginning of each shift, and if there is a significant change necessitating a duty correction to fully establish the limitations and the recommended operating protocol for BFOT tools
  • Supervise all work associated with thru-tubing operations
  • Manage the BFOT assets on location, ensuring a low environmental footprint is maintained
  • Directs onsite service company personnel on the proper operating of thru tubing tools downhole
  • Develop and plan work activities with the BFOT DHT coordinator to communicate to the onsite customer representatives ensuring the correct equipment is ordered, used, serviced, and maintained according to company procedures
  • Ability to meet with BFOT management and customer representatives concerning both well servicing and operational safety concerns 
  • Provide daily contact with and/or reporting to customers and BFOT district regarding costs involved, equipment used, and operational status updates
  • Conducts safety meetings with rig crew ensuring work is done properly and safely
  • Proficient in mill outs, cleanouts, common intervention operations, tool functionality, BHA component breakdown, and various appropriate software technology (Excel, telegram, etc.)
  • Proficient in downhole hydraulics and other such associated thru-tubing math
  • Ability to excel in high-stress environments, while maintaining service integrity or communicate weakness in operational skill to BFOT management when necessary
Skills/Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of coiled tubing experience required
  • 3 or more years of workover rig operator experience required
  • Well control certification
  • Supervisory skills and experience

Full Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with operational personnel in the region to give support and technical assistance for the implementation and administration of the Health, Safety, and Environmental program and Employee HSE Training. This position reports directly to the QHSE Director. Specific Responsibilities
  • Respond to significant incidents as deemed necessary by regional and corporate management teams. may be required to transport injured personnel to seek medical care. Attend medical visits with injured workers to assist in the management of the claims, including follow-up visits
  • Conduct weekly training as required to onboard new employees and 3rd party employees
  • Work with the technical manager and president to create appropriate documentation to establish a streamlined HSE system
  • Ensure that all injuries, non-bha equipment damage, vehicle accidents, near hits, and environmental impacts are reported and captured digitally within 24hrs of the event, or as soon as reasonably possible. Responsible for reporting incidents to the operations coordinator and operations manager, in accordance with the incident reporting and investigation policy
  • Investigate all incidents to determine root causes and develop corrective actions for review 
  • Prepare incident investigation reports
  • Track corrective actions to completion
  • Maintain a regional action item log for items needing to be addressed outside of the scope of incident investigations
  • Ensure that training requirements are met for each employee, either through conducting training or outsourcing training. responsible for maintaining the training database.
  • Manage facility ppe
  • Perform field audits, facility audits, and personnel audits to track compliance with the HSE management system
  • Work with the operational management team to develop corrective action plans for deficiencies found during internal/external audits
  • Audit JSAs being performed to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work with the district management team to develop HSE goals and assist DMT in following through on goals.
  • Maintain safety files for all of the HSE-related paperwork generated (JSAs, meeting minutes, reports, etc.).
  • Collect/review all safety observation cards for trends and discuss findings with operations managers. Maintain a google spreadsheet to track participation.
  • Assist dot/fleet manager with safety-related inspections and investigations.
  • Conduct weekly safety meetings at each facility/base of operations.
  • Travel to job sites and facilities to audit HSE processes and ensure compliance with company requirements as well as state, federal, and regulatory requirements. Coach employees on best practices, rules, and regulations when necessary.
  • Attend contractor safety meetings when possible.
Requirements Education
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2-year degree, 4-year degree, and/or certifications preferred
  • Current PEC/SAFELand certifications
Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years related experience in oilfield/industrial environment preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HSE-specific job function required
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001 environment is a plus.
Skills and Abilities
  • Working knowledge and skills in Windows-based computer systems. Must demonstrate competency in business software packages such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Safety and Environmental regulations/requirements. OSHA, EPA, DEP, TRRC, etc.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Must possess the flexibility and the capacity to handle a wide range of situations and personalities.
  • Must be able to travel as the need arises.
Physical and Safety Requirements
  • Sitting, bending, standing, walking, and typing 8 – 10 hours per day.
  • Pass the required physical examination and drug screen as well as a Motor Vehicle Record check.
  • Clean driving record, verified by MVA report.
Work Environment
  • Requires 40-50% travel time, 50% training, and administrative work the rest of the time.
  • Occasionally requires long and irregular hours and changes in the location of work assignments.
  • May require work to be performed in wet or humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts, and around vibration, loud noise, the potential of fumes or airborne particles, and varying outdoor weather conditions.
